Technology help should be available to everyone. SimpliSmart is working to make our website and services usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.
Our approach
Accessibility is an ongoing part of our design and maintenance process. We aim to follow relevant accessibility law and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical guide. Because websites, browsers and third-party tools change, this statement is a commitment to continued improvement rather than a claim that every page is perfect in every combination of technology.
What we are working to support
- clear headings, page structure and plain-language content;
- keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
- labels and instructions for forms and controls;
- meaningful alternative text for informative images;
- readable contrast, text resizing and responsive layouts; and
- reduced motion when a device requests it.
Third-party content
Some account, checkout, map, video, device-manufacturer or other third-party tools may be outside our direct control. We still want to know when one creates a barrier so we can look for a practical alternative or raise the issue with the provider.
Need help or another format?
If a website feature is difficult to use, or you need information or service in another reasonable format, use our Contact page or the contact method in your booking confirmation. Please tell us:
- the page, feature or service you were trying to use;
- what happened and the format or accommodation that would help;
- your preferred way to hear back; and
- your browser or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
We will make a good-faith effort to provide access or a practical alternative and to use feedback in future improvements. Requesting accessibility help will not affect the quality or availability of service.
