We want the SimpliSmart brand and creative work to be used accurately and respectfully—and we extend the same respect to work owned by others.
Our website and creative work
Unless another owner is identified, SimpliSmart or its licensors own the website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads and other original materials on this site. Copyright and other laws protect that work.
You may view the site, print a reasonable copy for your personal records and share an ordinary link to a public page. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, frame, scrape at scale or distribute site content for commercial use without written permission, except where law allows.
SimpliSmart names and marks
SimpliSmart, related logos, slogans, service names and visual brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of their respective owners. You may refer to SimpliSmart truthfully—for example, to identify a service you received—but may not use a mark in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, certification or endorsement without written permission. Do not use a confusingly similar business name, domain name, social handle or logo.
Third-party marks
Product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product describes compatibility or the kind of help we provide; it does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Materials you provide
If you send us a photo, screenshot, logo, document or other material to obtain service, you keep your ownership. You give SimpliSmart permission to use it only as reasonably needed to respond, diagnose, provide support, document the service, secure our systems or meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to provide it. We will not use a customer image in public marketing without separate permission.
Reporting an intellectual-property concern
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, use the Contact page and include:
- your name and reliable contact information;
- identification of the protected work or mark;
- the exact page or material you believe is a concern;
- a short explanation of your rights and why the use is not authorized; and
- a statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.
We may ask for additional information, remove or restrict material while reviewing a report, and notify the person who supplied it when appropriate. Fraudulent or abusive reports may have legal consequences.
Permission requests
To request permission to use SimpliSmart materials or brand assets, send the proposed material, audience, channel and duration through the Contact page. No permission is granted unless SimpliSmart confirms it in writing.
